Columbia Super Kings ("CSK", "we", "us", "our") operates columbiasuperkings.com. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our players, team members, volunteers, and website visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information when you visit our website or authenticate using Google Single Sign-On (OAuth).
1. Information We Collect
- Google OAuth Sign-In Data: When you sign in to columbiasuperkings.com using Google, we request access strictly to your basic public profile information (name, email address, and profile image URL). We do not request access to your private Google Drive files, contacts, calendar, or location history.
- Match Commitment & Duty Data: When authenticated, we store your match availability choices (Available / Unavailable / Maybe), optional match notes, and claimed umpiring duty slots to assist team captains in match-day planning.
- Contact & Registration Forms: Information submitted via volunteer or membership inquiry forms (name, phone, playing style) is stored strictly for team coordination.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To authenticate your account and confirm your identity as a team member or volunteer.
- To display your chosen player display name on team availability rosters and umpiring duty pick-up lists.
- To communicate match schedules, venue updates, and club announcements.
- We never sell, rent, lease, or trade personal data or Google OAuth user information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
3. Google User Data Policy Compliance
Columbia Super Kings' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Data Protection & Security
We store user session tokens securely using HTTPS encrypted connections and industry-standard database access controls (Supabase PostgreSQL with Row Level Security). Access to player data is restricted strictly to authorized club leaders and captains.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and stored match availability data at any time. To request account or data removal, please email syed.iddi@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". All associated database records will be permanently erased within 5 business days.
